Yesterday I met Moin at Superdry in Phoenix Mall in Kurla. He’s a sales person there who was very polite, down-to-earth, and genuinely helpful. This kind of person truly deserves more chances to grow, maybe even a role like supervisor or branch outlet manager. If Superdry values strong customer service, someone like Moin seems like a perfect fit for more responsibility.
